Thanks for enlightening me on what looks like a fair way to vote. The video makes it clear as to how it works.

The Fair Vote website, http://www.fairvote.org/ provides some progress in several states that have or are trying to adopt this voting method.

Don’t forget early voting for the Clark County, Nevada primary starts this Saturday 7/26 at several polling locations.
